Ongoing training of our team through a know-how sharing program that allows each craftsman to acquire new knowledge and to share his knowledge with the entire team.

Upon receipt of our new premises on the Torvilliers site, we will begin an in-house training program that will allow us to recruit local labor.

Finally, we are very proud to be part of the Tour de France program of the “Compagnons du Devoir” and to welcome their students to our team.
